Main Course:

Pan Seared Black Pepper Wrapped Pork Tenderloin Medallions with a Chipotle Molasses BBQ Sauce, Creamed Summer Corn with Smoked Cumin,  Tourne of Granny Smith Apples, and Jicama Chayote Lime Slaw Topped with  Apple cider Vinegar pickled Red Onions and micro cilantro
